CLARITA R. CARLOS, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Dr. Clarita R. Carlos is the chief director of StratSearch, Inc. She is a distinguished professor of Political Science at the University of the Philippines, Diliman; defence and foreign policy expert; and political commentator. Dr. Carlos has authored various works on bureaucratic and electoral reform and defense and national security.

She was a Fulbright Visiting Fellow for Political Psychology in Cornell University and Senior Fulbright for Comparative foreign Policy Analysis in UCLA.

DENNIS M. LALATA, PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGER

Mr. Lalata has worked for and managed projects with various government agencies in the three branches of government—executive, legislature and judiciary—as well as with the private sector and international organizations. He holds a degree in A.B. Communication (Major in Journalism) Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines-Diliman.
